Jessica Steen, a Canadian actor, is famous for her role in Captain Power, the Soldiers of the Future and Homefront, Earth 2 and Armageddon. She also appeared in Left Behind: World at War and NCIS Flashpoint.



 



 Personal life



 Jessica Steen was born in Toronto (Ontario) to Joanna Noyes, an actor, and Jan Steen who is a director and actor. Steen is of Dutch and Scottish ancestry.



 



 Steen in addition to her acting career, is an environmentalist as well as a supporter of animal rights. She is a supporter of David Suzuki, the World Society for the Protection of Animals and the Western Canadian Wilderness Committee, as well as other organizations. She is a certified diver, and is proficient at a variety of circus arts, including stilt walking and fire-twirling.
